Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Kitchen Fitter to join our team on a new build site.
Would be paid by the unit £25 per unit. All price work
First delivery is Thursday 25th followed by weekly deliveries
5 kitchens per week 1 kitchen per day
Must have own tools, transport and CSCS CARD
Duties
- Measure, cut, and assemble kitchen units and worktops with precision.
- Fit cabinets, appliances, and fixtures according to technical specifications and client requirements.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out installations efficiently.
- Ensure all fittings are level, secure, and aesthetically aligned.
- Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing, electrical, and masonry teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with fabrication tasks where necessary, including cutting and shaping materials on-site.
- Carry out minor repairs or adjustments during installation as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen fitting, carpentry, or joinery within a construction setting.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment related to kitchen installation.
- Knowledge of fabrication, assembly, roofing, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and construction painting is desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in carpentry or construction trades are advantageous but not essential. Pay: £220.00-£350.00 per day
