Part-Time Self-Employed MSK Physiotherapist
Pro-Form Physio | Bexleyheath & Blackheath
We are looking for an experienced, confident and genuinely hands-on MSK Physiotherapist to join Pro-Form Physio on a part-time self-employed basis. This role would initially support our Bexleyheath clinic during a busy period with the opportunity for hours at our other clinic sites. At Pro-Form Physio, patient experience is extremely important to us. We want patients to leave their appointment feeling that they have been properly listened to, understood what is going on, received appropriate treatment, been given a clear plan moving forward, felt reassured and confident in their care. Clinical reasoning is important, but so is the way care is delivered.
Role Details:
- Part-time evenings - 4 hour shifts
- Hourly pay £28-£35 depending on experience and skillset
- Commission bonuses available
- Self-employed/Associate work
- Flexible session structure depending on availability and clinic demand

What we are looking for?
This role is specifically suited to a physiotherapist who combines strong clinical reasoning with excellent hands-on treatment skills. Our patients attend private physiotherapy expecting a thorough assessment, a clear explanation of their condition, and where clinically appropriate, meaningful treatment from the first appointment.
You should be confident using hands-on techniques as part of your MSK practice and able to demonstrate relevant post-graduate CPD or training in areas such as:
- Manual therapy
- Soft tissue techniques
- Joint mobilisation
- Sports massage
- Dry needling or acupuncture
- Other appropriate hands-on MSK treatment techniques
If you do not routinely use hands-on treatment within your physiotherapy practice and cannot demonstrate appropriate hands-on CPD or training, this role will not be suitable for you. We are not looking for a clinician whose treatment approach is predominantly assessment, advice and exercise prescription alone.
Essential Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
- HCPC & CSP registration
- Strong MSK Experience (1 year +)
- Confident treating a varied private MSK caseload
- Strong MSK assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Have excellent hands-on clinical skills
- Strong exercise rehabilitation skills
- Communicate clearly and with compassion
- Professional, reliable and organised
