Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive mid-level manager to join our dynamic team. This is not just an office based role, there will be travel included all over the uk, with occasional overnights.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and ensuring all milestones are met.
- Coordinate between different teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and escalate concerns promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Support the procurement process by tracking orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all project activities.
- Manage documentation including contracts, drawings, and project records with accuracy.
