We’re looking for a confident, commercial and people-focused Team Leader to join our Llechwedd team.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting all areas of the site - Adventure, Front of House and Food & Beverage. You’ll be a key member of the leadership team, helping to keep the site running smoothly while inspiring our teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the site across Adventure, FOH and F&B.
- Taking responsibility for duty management and making confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Leading, motivating and coaching team members to deliver their best.
- Supporting rotas, training, onboarding and team development.
- Championing outstanding customer service and resolving issues positively and professionally.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and operational compliance.
- Supporting commercial performance, including labour costs, revenue and operational spend.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and how we operate.
- Working closely with the General Manager, Deputy General Manager and wider leadership team.
What we’re looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor or management role.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment such as hospitality, leisure, tourism, retail or attractions.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A strong understanding of customer service and health & safety.
- The confidence to lead across different departments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
