Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, highly organised, and people-centric individual with prior contract management experience to join the Eboracum® team as a Service-based Key Accounts Specialist.
This exciting opportunity involves managing the daily operation of a portfolio of our client contracts.
The successful candidate will possess the passion and drive to continuously enhance our services and deliver tailored solutions for our clients. A key part of the role includes the responsibility for supporting and managing our on-site teams, which encompasses ensuring staff wellbeing, engagement, and the consistent fulfilment of all welfare needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management and Client Relations:
- Overseeing the operational aspects of assigned clients and sites.
- Ensuring the delivery of optimal value for money through liaison with client representatives.
- Conducting regular site visits and engaging with both clients and staff.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contractual documents.
- Monitor contractual compliance and ensure all service delivery standards are met or exceeded.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Managing and developing team members, fostering strong teams and professional relationships.
- Fulfilling all resourcing requirements for allocated sites.
- Providing necessary training and development for team members deployed at client sites.
Administration and Compliance:
- Developing and updating operational procedures.
- Completing administrative tasks, including analyzing and gathering information, and providing incident and attendance reports.
- Ensuring that all Site Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments are kept current.
Business Growth and Contribution
- Proactively identify and secure new clients and service contracts.
- Actively promote company services to expand the business portfolio.
- Contribute effectively to the overall operations of the business.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

- Experience in B2B sales and client engagement within the security or related sectors.
As this role involves managing and deploying individuals within the private security industry, successful candidates will be required to possess or apply for a non-frontline (or front line) SIA License.
