Morning Shift: 4am - 12.30pm
Join our dynamic warehouse team and be part of a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in material handling, loading and unloading vehicles, operating relevant machinery, stock management, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This full-time position is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 4.00am - 12.30pm. Comprehensive product training and ongoing support will be provided. Fork lift truck licence essential.
Responsibilities
- Process, package and load orders accurately and safely
- Load vehicles in a safe and efficient way, complying with vehicle regulations
- Organise stock efficiently
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Receive, unload and place incoming material appropriately
- Check, verify and fill customer invoices
- Operate warehouse machinery when required
- Abide by Company Health and Safety Policy and Safe Working Practices
- Keep warehouse clean and organised daily
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimise warehousing procedures
Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience
- Licenced to operate a forklift truck
- Team player with organisational skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Reliable and dependable
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Literacy and Numeracy skills
- IT Skills
