We are looking for a reliable, professional and hardworking After School Cleaner to join our team at a school in Warton, Tamworth, B79 0HP.
This is a hands-on, active cleaning role and would suit someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping a site clean, safe and presentable.
The role is ideal if you prefer practical work, like staying active and want a clear start and finish to your working day, with no desk work, no emails and nothing to take home at the end of your shift.

- 3:00pm – 6:30pm (could start later if needed)

Although this is a term-time position, there will be a requirement to complete a minimum of 2 cleaning shifts during each school holiday period.
These shifts will primarily involve deep cleaning, helping to ensure the school is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next term.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school
- Completing daily cleaning tasks across designated areas
- Carrying out additional deep-cleaning duties during school holidays
- Using cleaning equipment and machinery where required
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and to the required standard
- Reporting any maintenance, cleaning or site issues to management
- Working safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Must be able to reliably travel to Warton, Tamworth, B79 0HP (own transport advantageous)
- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Good reliability and timekeeping
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of COSHH is desirable
- Experience using floor machines is preferred
- At least one reference from a previous employer
- £13.45 per hour
