We're looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and improving our customers' homes. You'll be working across Hampshire and the surrounding areas including Bournemouth, Salisbury, New Forest and Basingstoke.

What's the role?
As a Floor Layer, you'll carry out a wide range of flooring repairs and renewals in customers' homes, from responsive repairs and void properties to larger planned maintenance projects.
No two days are the same. One day you could be installing safety flooring in a wet room, and the next fitting carpet and vinyl flooring to help prepare a property for a new customer moving in.
You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, deliver a high standard of workmanship, and provide an excellent experience for every customer you visit.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys doing a job properly. You'll be confident working independently, solving problems on site, and delivering great results for customers.
You'll bring experience of fitting a range of floor coverings and a good understanding of what works best in different environments. Just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and understands the difference that quality workmanship can make to a customer's home.
