Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression during night hours
- Manage all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism via phone and in person, providing accurate information and assistance
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and controlling access to the premises
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or emergencies with a calm and solution-oriented approach
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming throughout your shift
- Document all relevant activities, incidents, and guest interactions accurately in shift reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, Excellent English language skills required.
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently during overnight hours
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic administrative tasks
- Knowledge of security procedures and CCTV monitoring is a plus
