We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, washrooms, and communal spaces, using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are cleaned to meet health and safety standards.
- Restock supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as required.
- Follow specified cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain a tidy work environment throughout the shift.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions accurately.
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively within allocated timeframes.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light loads as necessary.
