Responsibilities
- Provide a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Deliver professional beauty treatments such as makeup application tailored to clients’ preferences
- Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalised care
- Keep treatment areas organised, stocked, and sanitised at all times
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training and development
- Ensure all treatments are performed efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant qualifications recognised within the industry
- Strong skills in makeup application and nail artistry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Outstanding communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
- Ability to work well within a team whilst also demonstrating independence and initiative
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Passionate about the beauty industry with a keen interest in continuous learning and professional development
- Valid certifications or licences required by local regulations for beauty therapy or nail services
