Senior Server – JOJO’S Kitchen & Bar (Part‑Time, Lates)
We’re looking for an energetic, confident Senior Server to support late‑shift service Wednesday to Sunday. You’ll help lead the floor, communicate clearly with the team, and deliver consistently high customer service.
Responsibilities
- Hosting, deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused service
- Support junior staff and set standards on shift
- Manage bookings, walk‑ins, and guest flow using ResDiary software
- Handle customer issues calmly and professionally
- Keep the bar stocked and service‑ready
- Lead closing duties and end‑of‑shift reports
- Communicate clearly with FOH, kitchen, and management
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Previous senior FOH experience is essential
- Energetic, confident, and reliable
- Excellent communicator with staff and guests
- Highly customer‑ and service‑focused
- Able to lead when required
