Smart Repair Technician
iRG Repair Group – South Wales (East to West Coverage)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle
iRG Repair Group is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced Smart Repair Technician to support our expanding operations across South Wales.
This is a mobile role covering sites from East to West, South Wales, so flexibility, professionalism, and a proactive approach are essential.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality smart repairs across multiple locations, ensuring vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition efficiently and to a high standard.
Typical work will include:
- Alloy wheel repairs
- Bumper scuffs and cosmetic paintwork
- Minor panel repairs
- Paint blending and refinishing
- On-site/mobile smart repairs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in smart repair (essential)
- Strong paint and finishing skills
- Excellent people and communication skills – you’ll be dealing directly with customers and site teams
- Confident using a tablet/computer for job updates, images and workflow systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- A professional, reliable approach with strong attention to detail
