The Role
We are seeking a hands-on leader to take ownership of our customer service operations. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working within agricultural dealerships, automotive parts, or similar industrial/hardware settings.
Beyond managing customer relations, this role requires strong operational capabilities. You will act as a true leader for our customer service team while taking on key responsibilities in stock handling, organization, and supporting our diverse trade departments. You’ll be the friendly, approachable face of our business for our loyal local customers, while staying equally comfortable managing administrative tasks and utilizing our industry-leading auto-part system to handle all inventory and point-of-sale (POS) operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and direct the customer service team with a strong operational focus.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day stock handling, organization, and inventory control using our advanced, industry-leading auto-part system for POS and stock management.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, friendly relationships with our customer base, trade clients, and commercial accounts.
- Administration & IT: Handle daily communications and routine administrative tasks with strong computer literacy particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email management, and modern inventory software.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience within an agricultural dealer, industrial hardware, or automotive parts environment (local background is a bonus, but not a strict requirement).
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience within customer service or operations.
- A strong work ethic with a hands-on approach to stock handling and logistics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a welcoming, customer-first attitude.
- Solid IT skills, including confident use of Excel, email systems, and modern POS/inventory platforms.
