We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager to oversee the performance, operations, and growth of multiple sites within the Southwest England region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within the assigned area
- Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met
- Lead, coach, and develop franchisees and their teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and procedures
- Analyse financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support a new store development program
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure operational consistency
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support business strategy and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management or multi-site management role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned area
Location
This position is based around Guildford and will require travel throughout the South and Southwest of England
Pay: From £37,000.00 per year
