As a Risk Analytics Manager in the Economic Capital team, you'll be developing and maintaining analytical frameworks which analyse business risk profiles and capital requirements in line with regulatory and risk policy requirements.
You’ll also be:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to support Economic Capital and Credit Risk ICAAP P2A assessments
- Preparing and delivering data-driven insights for business consideration to a range of stakeholders
- Carrying out governance and control activities, including deliverables tracking, reviewing or preparing meeting minutes, reporting on process and control environments, and managing control remediation activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and decision-making through data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
- Driving change initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of analytical processes and controls
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring banking or financial services experience, along with experience of risk systems, methodologies, and processes in a retail or wholesale bank environment. You’ll also be educated to degree level in a numerate discipline with experience in data-driven analysis. Experience of Economic Capital methodologies, ICAAP, and capital adequacy frameworks would be beneficial, but not essential.
