Warehouse Assistant – Reach Forklift Driver
Stoats | Full-time | Monday to Friday | 10:00am–6:00pm
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join the team at Stoats and help keep our busy warehouse running smoothly.
You’ll play an important part in making sure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, helping us get our products out to customers across the country.
The Role
This is a varied hands-on warehouse role, so no two days are exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing smaller customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing larger orders and pallets for dispatch
- Wrapping and securing pallets ready for delivery
- Operating a Reach Forklift Truck to move and store stock safely
- Loading and unloading deliveries when required
- Moving stock around the warehouse and keeping storage areas organised
- Checking orders and stock to ensure accuracy
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and safe
- Following all warehouse, manual handling and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced and confident operating a Reach Forklift Truck
- Must hold a valid Reach Forklift licence
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Happy working in a busy, hands-on environment
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Flexible and willing to get stuck in wherever needed
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
