Visodental is a small independent practice with a focus of providing our patients with the highest standard of personalised care. We are expanding our practice and now require an experienced Dental Nurse/Trainee Dental Nurse.
To be considered for this position the candidate should be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who fulfils the following requirements;
· GDC registered or have registration pending.
· Be able to work well as part of a team and independently, using initiative and having attention to detail at all times.
· Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

· Be willing to improve their knowledge of all treatments and technology available at our clinic.
· Be committed to undertaking continual professional development to increase their skills and knowledge.
Job Description:
· To ensure that the clinical areas and equipment are regularly cleaned and maintained to an exemplary standard as per our cross infection and sterilisation practice policies.
· To ensure our patients receive excellent customer care at all times
· To aid in all record keeping and perform other clerical duties. Training will be provided.
· Maintain stock levels in the surgeries and store areas.
· To set out surgery for each treatment to include all materials and equipment required to ensure smooth workflow at all times.
· To become proficient in all aspects of transmission of digital scans, intra-oral images and photographs to our lab partners.
· To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the team.
· To keep accurate clinical records and ensure the recording methods are used in line with agreed practice policy.
· To undertake reception duties as required. Training will be provided.
Full time hours but flexibility with days/hours available. Monthly rota agreed as a clinic. Candidates should also be open to participating in Saturday clinics as required.

Pay: £13.50-£16.50 per hour
