The Rose Pub in Fulham is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team.As one of Fulham's favourite local pubs, The Rose combines a welcoming atmosphere, great food and drinks, and exceptional service. We're looking for a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality and ready to help drive the business forward alongside the General Manager.What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the pub.
- Leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Maintaining high service standards across all areas of the business.
- Assisting with recruitment, training and staff development.
- Managing shifts and ensuring smooth operations.
- Supporting sales growth, profitability and business performance.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures.

- Previous management experience within a pub, bar or hospitality environment.
