We are looking for a Real Estate Asset Manager who can take ownership of a diverse property portfolio and drive its financial and operational performance. You won't simply be managing buildings—you'll be shaping investment strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and helping guide the future of our real estate assets.
Working closely with senior leadership, finance professionals, property managers, and external partners, you'll balance commercial objectives with practical execution to ensure every asset performs at its highest potential.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Performance: Develop and execute asset management strategies that improve financial performance, occupancy, and long-term asset value.
Financial Management: Prepare budgets, business plans, cash flow forecasts, investment analyses, and performance reports for individual assets and the wider portfolio.
Investment Strategy: Identify opportunities for acquisitions, disposals, repositioning, refinancing, and value-enhancing capital improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with property managers, leasing teams, consultants, contractors, and investors to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Market Analysis: Monitor market conditions, rental trends, and competitive activity to support strategic decision-making and maximize portfolio returns.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management, property investment, commercial real estate, or portfolio management.
Commercial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, property valuation, lease analysis, and investment performance metrics.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using property management, financial analysis, or asset management software.
Communication: Able to confidently present investment recommendations, performance reports, and strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders and business partners.
Mindset: Commercially driven, analytical, and proactive. You combine attention to detail with strategic thinking and can confidently balance short-term operational priorities with long-term investment goals.
Pay: £49,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
