Role Purpose
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of marketing activity across the Group’s portfolio of businesses: One Warwick Park Hotel, Salomons Estate, Bewl Water, Bewl Adventures and Christmas at Bewl.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager ensures campaigns, projects and marketing initiatives are delivered effectively, on time and in line with agreed objectives.
The role acts as the operational lead within the marketing team, coordinating activity across departments, supporting stakeholders and ensuring marketing plans are executed to a consistently high standard.
This is a hands-on role focused on campaign delivery, project management, team coordination and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will serve as the trusted deputy to the Head of Marketing, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Develop detailed campaign plans based on strategic direction provided by the Head of Marketing.
- Manage and maintain the annual marketing activity calendar.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns across all brands.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.
- Manage campaign timelines, workflows, approvals and implementation.
- Coordinate activity across digital, CRM, social media, content and design functions.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively resolve any delivery issues.

Day-to-Day Marketing Team Coordination
- Coordinate workflow across the marketing team.
- Ensure projects are prioritised appropriately and delivered efficiently.
- Monitor progress against deadlines and campaign schedules.
- Organise and facilitate regular marketing planning meetings.
- Support collaboration and effective communication across the department.
- Identify and remove barriers that may impact campaign delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key marketing contact for operational teams across the Group.
- Translate operational objectives into clear marketing actions.
- Coordinate campaign reviews and approvals.
- Maintain regular communication with venue managers and department heads.
- Provide updates on marketing activity and project progress.
Marketing Project Management
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously across the Group.
- Develop project timelines, plans and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate resources across the marketing team to support delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed deadlines and standards.
- Support the successful execution of major business initiatives and events.
Campaign Performance Monitoring
- Track campaign performance against agreed objectives and targets.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to review results.
- Produce campaign summaries and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure campaign insights and learnings are shared across the marketing team.
Budget Administration
- Monitor campaign expenditure against allocated budgets.
- Track supplier costs and purchase orders where required.
- Ensure campaign activity is delivered within approved budgets.
- Provide expenditure updates and budget tracking information to the Head of Marketing.
Supplier & Agency Coordination
- Liaise with external suppliers, agencies and production partners.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables and deadlines.
- Ensure work meets agreed quality and brand standards.
- Support briefing, scheduling and project management processes.
Team Support
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the Marketing Team.
- Assist with onboarding and development of junior team members.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across the department.
- Support the continuous improvement of marketing processes and systems.
- Help maintain a positive, organised and efficient working environment.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams or departments.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Own car and driving license.
- Able to work flexible hours and attend different sites as required.
Desirable
- Experience within hospitality, leisure, tourism or visitor attractions.
- Experience working across multiple brands.
- Understanding of CRM and digital marketing channels.
- Experience using project management platforms and marketing systems.
- CIM qualification or relevant marketing qualification.
