Phoenix Property Maintenance presently has a vacancy for an experienced plasterer working on domestic properties for well established insurance companies covering all aspects of work relating to fire, flood, storm etc.
The successful applicant with be required to carry out all aspects of wet trades, from plastering hacking off and de-boarding to rendering, 2 coating, re-boarding, skimming, fitting coving and Self-levelling, EML stitching and crack repairs.
This is an important customer facing role, working with Policy Holders to ensure their homes are maintained in a timely way, keeping them informed and completing repairs right first time to help reduce costs and meet the service first principles.
