We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our successful team in Cradley Heath.
When customers contact us for service, MOT or repair, their first point of contact is one of our dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisors.
We require a driven and motivated individual who is looking for a customer facing role in the motor industry. We will offer on-going training and progression and will support you with coaching & development every step of the way to include funding the opportunity to help the ideal candidate gain an IMI accredited qualification as a service advisor.
Working Monday to Friday – no weekends..!!!, this is a genuine opportunity to for somebody who is keen to learn the role and quickly become a talented service advisor in the motor trade at a very well respected, leading independent garage.
Working as part of a team your duties will include learning about and being involved with:
Understanding our customers’ needs
Booking in vehicles face to face & over the telephone
Greeting customers upon arrival
Understanding service schedules
Booking out courtesy cars
Taking care of service & MOT reminders
Arranging, ordering & pre-picking parts for daily bookings
Informing customers of progress
Advising on and costing additional work using our eVHC system
Liaising with our technicians
Invoicing & taking payments
We are looking for:
A well-presented, confident individual with a desire and attitude to succeed.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
If you have previous customer service background great, however, please do not worry if you don’t, we want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress.
An individual with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
