ASSISTANT MANAGER – LEBANESE RESTAURANT

We’re a growing Lebanese restaurant group with six locations across London, known for exceptional food, beautiful surroundings and genuinely warm hospitality.
We’re looking for a hard-working, experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, takes ownership and knows how to keep a busy restaurant running at its best.
THE ROLE
Working alongside the Branch Manager, you’ll help lead the team, drive standards and make sure every service runs smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and supporting the team
- Maintaining exceptional service, food and cleanliness standards
- Taking charge of the restaurant when required
- Training and developing team members
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Supporting rotas, stock control and daily operations
- Helping drive sales and achieve operational targets
- Ensuring food safety, health & safety and company standards are maintained
- Tackling challenges quickly, positively and proactively
