We are an independent, 58 bed modern purpose built care home in Poole, Dorset and we have been providing care locally for over 40 years. We were the first purpose built nursing home in Dorset and became the first nursing home in Dorset to receive an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission. We also have Platinum Gold Standards Framework accreditation.
You will need to be a registered nurse and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, have a broad understanding and knowledge of current best practices and requirements, and have enthusiasm and desire to enhance the well-being of our residents.

The interview process will consist of two stages:
1) An initial telephone interview with our Home Manager, Laura Patai.
2) Final interview for applicants who were successful in Stage 1, with Laura and the Provider.
We are recruiting for a minimum of 7 months to cover sick leave.
