We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused Waitresses/Bar Staff to join our growing hospitality team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service from the moment guests arrive.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our food and drinks menu.
- Ensure tables and service areas remain clean and presentable.
- Handle customer requests and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food hygiene, licensing and health & safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or lounge is preferred.
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service.
- Well presented with excellent personal hygiene.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience working in a cocktail bar, tapas restaurant, lounge or shisha venue.
- Knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
- Personal Licence (not essential).
