We are looking for a reliable, motivated and professional individual to join our growing mobile tyre-fitting business covering North & West London and the surrounding Buckinghamshire areas.
This is more than just a job — it is an opportunity to learn the trade properly, work directly alongside the business owner, and build a long-term future within a growing mobile service business.
You will initially work alongside the owner with the existing operational van, learning how to provide a high-quality, customer-focused mobile tyre-fitting service. Training and support will be provided.
As you develop, you will gradually take on more responsibility with long-term progression opportunities available for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile tyre fitting for cars and light commercial vehicles
Delivering excellent customer service at every appointment
Supporting additional services such as TPMS, tyre care and basic maintenance
(training provided)
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional van and work environment
Following company procedures, safety standards and operational processes
Representing the Hometyre brand
professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For

Good communication and basic numeracy skills
Good physical ability for a hands-on role
Full UK driving licence required
Previous tyre fitting or motor trade experience is helpful but not essential — we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and mindset.
Due to commercial vehicle insurance requirements, applicants should ideally be aged 25 or over with a full UK driving licence.
Pay & Progression Starting Basic Salary: £25,000 per year Paid monthly.
You will initially work directly alongside the business owner in the existing operational van while learning the business, systems and customer service standards.
As your experience, reliability and confidence develop, there will be opportunities to increase earnings through additional performance-based incentives and added-value services.

Realistic Earnings Potential: £28,000 – £35,000+

Working Hours
Typical working hours are generally between:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm with occasional Saturday work depending on customer demand and workload.
As this is a mobile customer service role, flexibility is required as daily workloads and booking volumes can vary throughout the week.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a hands-on mobile environment where some finish earlier and others may require later finishes eddepending on operationalrequirements.
