Mejor Web Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing operations across multiple online channels. What you'll do:
- Lead day-to-day digital marketing operations and campaign management.
- Plan, execute, and optimise SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to improve ROI, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with web development, design, sales, and content teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
- Oversee website content updates, landing pages, and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and project priorities.
- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to improve customer engagement.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field.
- Leadership or project management experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or similar technologies is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.

Pay: £4,900.00-£7,100.00 per month
