We are recruiting a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two Children's Residential Homes in Luton, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).

About the Role
As the Dual Registered Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across both homes, ensuring they operate in full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations.
You will lead and develop both staff teams, maintain excellent safeguarding standards and work closely with senior leadership, Local Authorities and external professionals to ensure outstanding outcomes for every young person.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across two Children's Residential Homes.
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
- Recruit, develop and support high-performing staff teams.
- Promote safeguarding and child-centred practice at all times.
- Oversee quality assurance, care planning and service performance.
- Build strong relationships with Local Authorities and external professionals.
- Maintain high standards of care across both services.
- Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated Children's Residential Home.
✔ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (minimum).
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
✔ Experience supporting young people with EBD and/or LD.
✔ Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
✔ Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Pay: £65,532.54-£75,004.32 per year
