Job Summary

Duties
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized efficiently
- Provide compassionate patient care by explaining treatments, answering questions, and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit
- Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, including treatment notes and appointment details
- Support infection control protocols by sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean clinical environment
- Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications to optimize practice efficiency
- Communicate clearly with patients in fluent English, addressing concerns and providing post-treatment instructions
- Organize clinical supplies and ensure all necessary materials are available for daily procedures
Experience
- Proven experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar healthcare support role within a dental practice
- Strong knowledge of patient care best practices in dentistry
- Proficiency in using IT systems for record-keeping and appointment management
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain procedures clearly and empathetically
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant nursing qualifications or certifications required by local health authorities
