We are currently recruiting for a new role, managing the day to day cleanliness of our yard spaces and vehicles, as well as supporting new deliveries and removal of bin stock.
This is a hands on role and the successful candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious and enjoy working largely outdoors, as part of a busy team.
Responsibilities include:
· Ensuring our office and yard spaces are spotless, sweeping, jet washing etc.
· Washing and restocking bins.
·Preparing, helping load deliveries for the following day on to the delivery driver, whom you will work very closely with.
· To wash fleet vehicles inc dustcarts and transit vans.
· Assisting our Transport Manager.
· Stock takes and general housekeeping.
· Other general yard duties will be involved; therefore, you should have a “can do” approach to your role. This position comes with an immediate start.
Requirements:
· Hold a Full UK Driving License (no more than 3 points)
· Reliable, enthusiastic and a great team player.
· Good communication skills.
· Can read, write, and speak English.
· Able to work to tight deadlines.
· Can carry out physical work.
· Looking for progression within a business.
