Telehandler Job Description
Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced and reliable Telehandler Operator to join a busy construction site in Ripley, Surrey.
This is a long-term opportunity for a competent Telehandler Operator, with ongoing work and overtime opportunities available.
Telehandler Duties
- Operating the telehandler safely and efficiently on site
- Moving and distributing materials around the construction site
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Assisting trades and site teams with material movements
- Carrying out daily checks on the machine
- Following site instructions and health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a safe working environment
Telehandler Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket – essential
- Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites
- Good understanding of site health and safety
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work as part of a team
- Must be able to travel to and from site
