Based at our headquarters in Poole, Think Wraps is one of the South Coast's leading vehicle wrapping and customisation specialists. We provide premium wraps, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting and bespoke branding solutions for private clients, prestige dealerships, commercial fleets and blue-chip organisations throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Wrap Installer / Window Tinter to join our talented team working on a wide variety of exciting, high-end projects.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the UK's leading vehicle wrapping companies, working from our modern workshop in Poole.
The role will primarily involve the preparation and installation of premium vinyl wraps, paint protection film, window tinting and vehicle graphics on a wide range of vehicles including supercars, prestige vehicles, commercial fleets, boats and bespoke customer projects.
You will be responsible for producing flawless installations to the highest industry standards, taking pride in every project you complete. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on high-end vehicles, has exceptional attention to detail and wants to continue developing their skills within a growing and ambitious business.
Whilst the role is predominantly vehicle focused, experience across multiple vehicle enhancement disciplines would be highly advantageous.
The Person
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly skilled installer who genuinely takes pride in producing exceptional work.
The successful candidate will have a passion for vehicle wrapping and customisation, be able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality is never compromised. You will be reliable, organised and committed to delivering outstanding workmanship whilst consistently meeting project deadlines.
Ideally, you will have at least 2-3 years' experience in vehicle wrapping and be looking to take the next step in your career by working on premium, bespoke projects within a market-leading business.
Key Responsibilities
Wrap Installation
- Prepare and install premium vinyl films across a wide range of applications including vehicles, commercial fleets, boats, architectural surfaces, glazing, signage and bespoke branding projects.
- Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, prepared and finished to the highest standard before, during and after installation.
- Remove and refit trims, panels and fixtures where required to achieve seamless, professional finishes.
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) to manufacturer specifications across a variety of vehicles and components.
- Prepare surfaces to ensure optimum adhesion and flawless installation.
- Carry out detailed inspections to ensure every installation meets Think Wraps' quality standards.
Window Tinting
- Install automotive and architectural window films to the highest industry standards.
- Prepare glass surfaces to ensure clean, contamination-free applications.
- Complete all installations with exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
Workshop & Quality
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment whilst caring for company tools and equipment.
- Carry out quality control checks throughout every stage of the preparation, installation and finishing process.
- Work efficiently whilst consistently delivering the exceptional standard of workmanship Think Wraps is known for.
Teamwork & Customer Service
- Work closely with the design, production and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Follow design briefs accurately and communicate effectively throughout each project.
- Represent Think Wraps professionally, taking pride in delivering an outstanding experience for every customer.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience installing vinyl wraps or graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and a positive attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Skills
- Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation.
- Automotive or architectural window film installation.
- Experience removing and refitting trims or panels.
- Experience with 3M, Avery Dennison, Hexis or similar premium materials.

Additional Information
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Contract Type: Permanent, 40-hour week with overtime opportunities, 20 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays and company pension.
