Responsibilities
- Skillfully braid a variety of styles,and creative custom designs tailored to client preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional styling advice
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety standards
- Upsell additional services such as hair extensions.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded throughout their visit
Requirements
- Proven experience in braiding techniques with a strong portfolio of styles created
- Knowledge of store management principles and ability to manage appointments efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
