Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access points during your shift.
- Manage phone calls with excellent etiquette, providing information or redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Keep detailed logs of guest arrivals, departures, incidents, and any security concerns that arise during the night shift.
- Support administrative tasks such as verifying reservations and updating guest records to ensure accuracy.
Skills.
- Strong phone etiquette with clear, courteous communication skills.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred to understand guest expectations and operational procedures.
- Exceptional guest service skills combined with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of security procedures and CCTV surveillance systems is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities during overnight hours.
