About you:
We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Bartender, who has excellent knowledge of cocktails and is also a skilled Barista to join our talented and enthusiastic Bar Team. As a Bartender/Barista you would have an eye for detail and be proactive in the Bar, ensuring that you consistently offer and deliver an excellent service that is in line with our standards. You will go beyond and above the call of duty to ensure that every guest receives a lasting and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Making all guests feel welcome
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Providing menu recommendations and up-selling items
- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and hot beverages
- Keeping the bar area clean and well-stocked
- Checking customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service
- Handling guest queries and concerns with professionalism
- Maintaining high level of cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
- Guest Service: Take orders, provide recommendations, and offer excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender and Barista in an upscale Restaurant setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety and hygiene practices
- Proficiency in basic maths for order taking and bill calculations
- Willingness to assist colleagues during busy periods
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality hospitality services
- Passion for creating memorable guests’ experiences and providing exceptional customer service
