As a Waitress at The Garden Bistro Bar, you are the face of our guest experience. You will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, managing table service with precision, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet customers warmly, manage seating, and provide enthusiastic menu recommendations.
- Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system and coordinate timing with the kitchen and bar.
- Exceptional Service: Deliver dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring every guest feels attended to throughout their visit.
- Atmosphere Maintenance: Keep the dining area, tables, and service stations clean, organized, and inviting.
- Financial Accuracy: Process guest payments efficiently and handle transactions with professionalism.
