Pro-Duct Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team working in our Production Facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in ventilation ductwork, sheet metal fabrication, or a similar manufacturing environment, who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operation, ensuring work is manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and coordinating the production team.
* Planning and prioritising daily workloads.
* Supervising production targets and deadlines.
* Ensuring ductwork and sheet metal products are manufactured to specification and client’s expectations.
* Monitoring quality and reducing waste/rework.
* Supporting and developing production staff.
* Ensuring company Health & Safety procedures are followed.
*Working closely with other departments within the Business.
* Monitoring materials, labour, and production efficiency
* Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and productivity.
About You We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in ventilation ductwork or sheet metal fabrication.
* Has previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
* Has a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
* Is organised, proactive and able to work under pressure.
* Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Takes pride in quality and getting work completed on time
.* Can lead by example and motivate a production team.
* Can read and understand technical drawings.
