Lodge Farm Kitchen is a small, dynamic, fast-growing food business that prepares ready meals for high-end retailers.
Experience working in a manufacturing kitchen is not essential, but some cooking experience in a busy kitchen would be beneficial. We are a process-driven business, so the ability to follow established procedures is critical.
We are looking for someone who will predominantly assist with the production of meals.
This is a responsible position and requires someone who pays attention to detail, follows processes, and accurately records documentation.
Responsibilities would include;
- Weighing and measuring ingredients
- Cooking
- Portioning
- Cleaning
- Wrapping
- Recording
The ideal candidate will be sociable, friendly, have a good sense of humour, and not be afraid of hard work. Our team of skilled, dedicated, and hardworking staff receive training in Food Safety and Management. We believe in working closely with our staff and offer opportunities to develop skills and expand qualifications for those who are interested.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
