Job Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
About the Role
Wellbeing Medical Group is looking for a highly organised and computer-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can confidently manage multiple administrative tasks while delivering outstanding patient support.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally.
Manage the lead doctor diary and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate pathology centre bookings and follow-up appointments.
Accurately input and maintain patient records.
Process administrative tasks and patient documentation.
Support the day-to-day operation of the clinic.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Skills & Experience Required
Excellent computer literacy and confidence using technology.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and spreadsheets.
Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service, administration, or healthcare experience is desirable.
