We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie with experience in Italian cuisine to join an exceptional culinary team at one of Central London's most prestigious corporate dining locations, catering for a globally recognised technology company.
This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to prove yourself during an initial 12-week contract before transitioning into a permanent role.

About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding Italian dishes to the highest standards. You'll work alongside a talented brigade, preparing fresh, high-quality food while maintaining exceptional hygiene, presentation, and consistency.

- Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Has a genuine passion for Italian cuisine
- Works well in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
- Maintains excellent food quality and attention to detail

- Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will initially be employed directly by our agency on a 12-week temporary contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at a rate of £15.00 per hour. This period also serves as your probationary period.
Following successful completion of the 12 weeks, you will transition into a permanent position with the client, with a salary of £35,836.06 per annum, a 40-hour working week, and any overtime paid in addition to your salary.

Requirements:
Valid Food Safety Level 2 Certificate & Valid Food Allergens Certificate.
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
- Proven experience and knowledge in Italian Cuisine.
