Finance Administration Officer
Salary: £25,000 to 35,000 per annum + bonus and benefits.
Contract Length: Permanent.
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Location: Hybrid Working, with a minimum of one day a week in the Head Office located in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

What does the role involve?
The Support Services Finance Administration Officer will work directly as part of the wider Support Services Team on a variety of assignments across the entire business. The Finance Administration Officer will perform all finance duties necessary for the effective management of the finance function such as:
· Processing of all LINK purchase orders.
· Processing Invoices for payment.
· Production of sales invoices.
· Financial reporting.
· Keeping financial spreadsheets up to date.
· Processing expenses and reporting.
· Company credit cards reconciliation.
· IOSCO Process.
· Internal & external audits.
· Developing processes & procedures.
· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
· Collating the payment run for the outsourced finance company.
· Direct Commissioning – Closures & monthly PO report.
· Quarterly PO closure reporting.
· Quarterly third-party list reconciliation.
· Cash book reconciliation.
· Creditors report reconciliation.
· Third party management in accounting software.
· Participate in internal & external meetings.
What will I need?
· Work experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role.
· Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
· Experience of working within a busy office administration department. Proven organisational skills with the ability to work under own initiative.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Solid numerical skills with the ability to spot errors.
· Ability to learn and work with accounting software.
· Ability to manage deliverables to time.
· Ability to manage workload with competing priorities and frequent interruptions that require urgent attention.
· Knowledge of MS365 products, proficient hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
· Good writing skills and first-class attention to detail.
· Ability to quickly establish and where appropriate further develop effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
· Ability to work responsibly in dealing with confidential/sensitive information.
· Willingness to undertake further training as required for professional development.
· Ability to disseminate information to colleagues via formal/informal communications.
· Highly motivated to add value, deliver and exceed expectations.
· Strong professionalism with high standards and quality of work output.
