Our Compliance transformation team helps leading investment banks, brokers, investment managers and wealth managers respond to a fast-moving regulatory, technology and data agenda. We work with Compliance leaders to shape and deliver practical change: redesigning operating models, improving processes, and strengthening data and technology foundations including implementing AI-enabled solutions that support better risk management and regulatory outcomes.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll be part of a growing team focused on the future of Compliance. You’ll combine knowledge of financial services regulation, Compliance operating models, data, technology and change delivery to help clients make confident decisions and turn priorities into sustainable transformation underpinned by a growing role of technology enablement.

This is an opportunity to work with senior Compliance and Technology stakeholders on some of their most important transformation priorities. You’ll help clients assess how their Compliance functions are organised today, define what needs to change, and design practical solutions across people, process, data, technology and AI.
You’ll lead teams to understand client challenges, translate regulatory and business objectives into clear delivery plans, and work with Technology colleagues to define requirements that can be built, tested and embedded. You’ll also help clients explore, govern and implement AI use cases of increasing sophistication in Compliance, ensuring solutions are well controlled, explainable and aligned to business needs.
In this role, you can expect to:

Work with Compliance leaders across investment banks, brokers, investment managers and wealth managers to define and deliver transformation priorities.

Support clients to redesign Compliance operating models, processes, controls and ways of working so change is practical, proportionate and sustainable.

Assess Compliance data and technology architectures, identify improvement opportunities and translate business, regulatory and control requirements into clear technology and delivery requirements.
- Support clients in identifying, evaluating and implementing technology-enabled Compliance solutions, including AI, automation, analytics and workflow capabilities, ensuring they are explainable, controlled and aligned with regulatory expectations.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, working closely with Technology colleagues to turn strategic priorities into deliverable plans and measurable outcomes.

Essentials:

Experience working with financial services organisations such as investment banks, brokers, investment managers or wealth managers on Compliance transformation, regulatory change, or control enhancement programmes.
- Strong understanding of Compliance operating models, governance, processes, controls, MI and the role of data and technology in enabling effective Compliance functions.
- Ability to assess Compliance data and technology architectures, identify gaps or dependencies, and explain implications for business and delivery stakeholders.

Experience translating business, regulatory and control requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery artefacts for Technology teams.

Experience supporting the design, governance or implementation of AI, automation, analytics or workflow solutions in a controlled business environment.

Strong programme and delivery management skills, including planning, risk and dependency management, stakeholder engagement, and driving execution from design through implementation.
- Ability to communicate clearly between technical compliance advisors and technology teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a diverse set of skills.
- Ability to understand client priorities and challenges and design appropriate solutions for them.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders
Desirables:

Experience with Compliance technology platforms, surveillance and monitoring, regulatory reporting systems, data management tools or workflow platforms.

Experience in consulting, change delivery, or programme leadership roles, with a track record of delivering complex business and technology change.
- Specifically, be aware the leading AI tools and services and have sufficient technical ability to create proof of concepts relating to Compliance processes.

Knowledge of emerging regulatory expectations relating to AI governance, model risk, or digital transformation within financial services
