Part Time Administration Coordinator, Manchester City Centre, £27,000 pro-rata
17.5 hours per week – can be worked across 3 or 5 days
Working within a well-established international organisation, our client is looking for a Studio Administrator to provide core support to their Manchester studio. This is a varied role involving general studio administration, PA support and day-to-day studio management, ensuring the studio is maintained to a high and professional standard.

Role Responsibilities
- Act as the warm and welcoming front of house, greeting visitors, managing visitor access and guiding guests into the building.
- Manage and oversee Company Directors’ diaries and schedules, supporting the planning and preparation for conferences and events.
- Maintain studio records, filing systems, Health & Safety, QA and maintenance documentation.
- Prepare meeting rooms and arrange catering for external meetings, ensuring all spaces are presented to a high standard.
- Manage the main switchboard, incoming messages and post, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage stationery, printing and kitchen supplies, ensuring the studio remains fully stocked.
- Process studio expense invoices and liaise with the Finance Team.
- Manage credit card administration, including collating purchase receipts and processing monthly statements.
- Liaise with cleaning contractors to maintain high standards throughout the studio, including meeting rooms, kitchen and breakout areas.
Essentials
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- 2-3 years minimum administration, PA or office experience.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and able to work independently, using initiative to identify and resolve tasks.
- Approachable, friendly and professional, with a warm and welcoming manner.
- Confident communicating with colleagues, Directors, visitors and external contacts.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and willingness to support across a varied range of duties.
- Reliable and able to maintain a high standard of work in a busy studio environment.
