BrightNest Staffing is expanding our network of qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioners across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
We are looking for passionate, reliable childcare professionals who are interested in flexible and permanent opportunities within welcoming nursery settings. Whether you are seeking full-time, part-time, temporary or long-term work, we would love to hear from you.
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing within a safe, nurturing and stimulating nursery environment. You will work as part of a professional childcare team and help maintain high standards of care and education.
Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning through play-based activities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Promote children’s emotional, social and physical development
- Maintain a safe, caring and inclusive environment
- Observe and record children’s progress where required
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, toileting and rest times
- Work collaboratively with nursery staff, parents and carers
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, professional and passionate about childcare
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
