About Blinq
Bline is a luxury women-only Pilates and wellness studio in Park Royal, offering Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga and a welcoming community-focused studio experience.
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Promotions Assistant to help us grow our presence within the local community and get more women in the area discovering Blinq.
The role
This is a hands-on local marketing role. You’ll be out and about in the Park Royal area introducing Blinq to local women, businesses and the wider community.
You’ll be given professionally designed promotional leaflets with QR codes and all the information you need. Your job is to get out into the local area, start conversations, build awareness and encourage people to follow us, visit the studio and try a class.
What you’ll be doing
- Distributing Blinq promotional leaflets throughout the local area
- Speaking to people confidently and naturally about Blinq and what we offer
- Introducing Blinq to local businesses and building relationships with nearby restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, salons, offices and other businesses
- Identifying opportunities for local partnerships and cross-promotion
- Encouraging people to follow our Instagram and scan our QR codes
- Creating genuine awareness of BLINQ within the local community
- Promoting our classes, offers and events
- Representing the Blinq brand in a friendly, positive and professional way
- Feeding back useful information about the local area, businesses and customer interest
- Helping us understand what is working and where we should be focusing our local marketing efforts
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and approachable
- Confident speaking to people they don’t know
- Enthusiastic and naturally positive
- Comfortable approaching local businesses and starting conversations
- A good communicator who can explain Blinq clearly and passionately
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Reliable and organised
- Energetic and happy being out and about rather than sitting behind a desk
- Naturally personable and able to make people feel comfortable
- Interested in fitness, wellness, beauty, lifestyle or local community
- Professional and able to represent a luxury brand appropriately
Previous marketing experience isn’t essential. What matters most is your personality, confidence and ability to connect with people.
What success looks like
You’ll play an important role in helping Blinq become better known within the local community.
We’ll monitor the results of our local promotions through things such as QR code scans, Instagram engagement, enquiries, new followers, bookings and customer feedback.
The aim is simple: get more local women to know Blinq, talk about Blinq and ultimately visit the studio.
Hours & pay
£15 per hour
Flexible weekend hours, with shifts agreed in advance. This role would suit someone looking for flexible part-time work alongside studies, another job or other commitments.
