What the role involves:
As a valued member of the time you will:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage children in play and learning experiences
- Monitor children's behaviour and ensure their well-being at all times
- Collaborate with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children

To be considered for this role you must:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid DBS and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Have a passion for making a difference in children's lives. and generally have a love for working within an early years setting.
