The Role
We are looking for an organised and accurate Goods In Administrator to support our warehouse and stock control operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately booking incoming stock onto the company system.
- Checking deliveries against purchase orders and investigating discrepancies.
- Processing customer and supplier returns.
- Managing and following credit claims.
- Supporting stock checks, stock investigations and stocktakes.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing general stock administration.
- Working closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance and Stock Control teams.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong numerical and administrative skills, and confidence using computerised systems. Previous experience in goods in, stock control, warehouse administration or credit processing would be an advantage.
