Barnes Enterprises Group is seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Wrexham office. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service experiences.
The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, organised, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Resolve customer issues or escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions
- Follow company policies and call handling procedures
- Meet performance and attendance expectations
Qualifications
- English and maths GCSE
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Professional phone etiquette
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
