Role
We are looking to expand our excellent team by recruiting a full time Senior Care Assistant who will be responsible for supervising and organizing the operational activities of the care team. This is a full-time position working on a rota basis between the hours of:
8.00am -2.00pm/2.00pm-9.00pm
Ideal candidates will have :
- At least 3 years’ experience providing care to the elderly
- At least 2 years supervisory experience in a similar environment
- Have an NVQ3 / Diploma Level 3 in Heath & Social Care or above and an enhanced DBS disclosure
- A kind personality, are reliable, presentable and a team leader.
